About Monique

Like all women, I like to look and feel great all the time. I love flattering clothes and other glam things. But as a busy professional with a young daughter, I’ve become highly practical. I’m not happy sacrificing comfort and convenience for glamour, but like other women, I love feeling glam and staying in touch with the latest fashions.

One long day, I was wearing three layers of tops, struggling to keep them neat – tucking and squirming and re-tucking them into my pants – when I figured out exactly what I needed. I wanted a plain, simple body suit type garment that I could wear under my clothes to keep me snug and eliminate the need for so many layers, something I could wear under pants, skirts, gorgeous wrap dresses and overalls, that had no VPL (Visible Panty Line)! So I began my search..........

I drew on my experience as a business coach and developed a plan of action. I came up with some designs, sourced a manufacturer and started making prototypes. It was much harder than I thought it would be and there have been many minor changes to the initial design to make sure it sits right and feels comfortable enough all day, every day. But finally, I settled on a basic design, which then grew into a range to suit all tastes, shapes and sizes.
